Shipping and Refund policies

We happily ship orders worldwide on a daily basis and would love to get a package out for you too. We have found the Israel International Parcel Service to be most reliable for international shipments and we also offer Express shipping, just email us we can calculate the express cost of shipping your item.. Once a package has been shipped we will send you tracking information via email. Since international transit times vary greatly we are not able to provide an exact estimate on how long the transit time will take.

USA Canada:15-25 days

Africa including S.Africa :20-35 days

Please be sure your shipping address is correct so we don’t  accidentally send your order to the wrong address.

Due to varying customs rules and regulations there may be fees or duties associated with receiving supplies which you will be responsible for. These costs will not be covered in your shipping fees through us.

Processing orders:

Getting your order processed in a timely manner is important to us. Our goal is to get packages out the door within 2-3 business days. We often surpass this goal and are able to provide same day processing of online orders as time permits.

We are open and ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an order, please let us know. We are here to help and answer your questions.Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To return your product, please contact us at  [email protected] . To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.

Damaged in Shipment

Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of the product.

If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at  [email protected]  right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within an allocated amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
